All Surface Art premium tile products have been manufactured in accordance with industry standards and are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase.

The Surface Art Tile Warranty
This warranty does not cover problems arising from improper maintenance, misuse or abuse, color deviations from samples, improper installations or problems caused by structural movement/deficiencies in the base or subfloor. Remedies for incidental or consequential damages are also expressly excluded. The warranty provided above applies solely to the original purchaser and for installations of a permanent nature only. Warranty is not assignable.
To Make a Claim:
Surface Art must receive notification of the claim as soon as reasonably possible but in no event later than one year after the tile has been installed. All claims must be in writing and sent by certified mail to Surface Art: Surface Art, Claims Department, PO Box 58943, Seattle, WA 98138.

Premium Tile/Stone Care and Maintenance
1. Identify stone and its sensitivities: acid, porosity, minerals, and scratches.
2. Minimize abrasions and scratches by adhering to the following recommendations:
• Place entry mats at all entries
• Dust with a non-treated dust mop
• Sweep with a soft bristled broom
• Use hard surface tools only with soft hard-surface attachments, i.e. when vacuuming.
3. Wipe up spills quickly, use coasters and trivets or hot pads.
4. Use only neutral stone cleaners meant for natural stone and porcelains, such as Benissimo Stone & Tile Cleaner.
5. Leave surfaces free of residue: rinse shower walls, countertops, and, whenever possible, floors.
6. Minimize the usage of high alkaline cleaners - these may dull stone surfaces.
